Chatsvia billing is managed through iiniit's central billing system. Paid subscriptions can be canceled and refunded within 7 days of purchase. Each plan includes limits on connected social accounts and daily conversations. We support multiple currencies (USD and BDT) and various payment methods for your convenience.

Important: Subscription refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase.
In some cases, refunds may be partial depending on usage, processing fees, or other applicable charges.

1. Billing System
  • Chatsvia uses iiniit's central billing system for all payment processing and subscription management.
  • All transactions are processed securely through our centralized payment infrastructure.
  • Your billing information and payment history are managed through your iiniit account.
  • You can view your billing details, invoices, and payment history in your account dashboard.
2. Subscription Plans
  • We offer various subscription plans including free and paid tiers to suit different business needs.
  • Each plan includes specific limits on connected social accounts and daily conversation volumes.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on the plan selected.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
  • You can upgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
3. Plan Features and Limits
  • Each subscription plan includes a maximum number of connected Facebook Pages Business accounts.
  • Plans also include a daily limit on customer conversations you can manage through the platform.
  • AI bot features, agent mode, and order management may vary by plan level.
  • Usage beyond your plan limits may require upgrading to a higher tier plan.
4. Payment Methods
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by iiniit's billing system.
  • All payments are processed in a secure environment using industry-standard encryption.
  • You can update your payment method at any time through your account settings.
  • Failed payments may result in service interruption until the payment issue is resolved.
5. Pricing and Currency
  • Prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollar) and BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
  • The applicable currency and price will be clearly shown before you complete any purchase.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
  • Any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will only apply to future renewals.
6. Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan with limited features.
  • Connected social accounts will remain connected but may be limited based on free plan restrictions.
7. Refund Policy
  • Subscription Refunds: You can request a full refund of your subscription payment within 7 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
  • If you have a billing dispute, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
  • We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection actions.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts associated with repeated chargebacks.
9. Taxes
  • Prices displayed may be exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental levies associated with your purchase.
  • Tax amounts will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
10. Changes to Payment Policy
  • We may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service with reasonable notice.
  • Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
