We operate on a subscription-based system through iiniit's central billing platform. You own your content, and we process it only to provide our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- •By accessing or using Chatsvia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
- •Chatsvia is a product of iiniit. By using this service, you also agree to iiniit's general terms and policies.
- •If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
- •If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
- •Chatsvia provides a unified messaging platform for managing Facebook Messenger Business conversations.
- •The service includes AI-powered chatbots, agent mode for human support, product catalog management, and order processing.
- •Usage is measured by the number of connected social accounts and daily conversation limits based on your subscription plan.
- •We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Messaging and Communication
- •You agree to comply with Meta's messaging policies, including the 24-hour messaging window and Messenger.
- •You may not use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates Meta's Community Standards.
- •AI bot responses are generated based on your product catalog and settings; you are responsible for the accuracy of this information.
- •Agent mode allows human operators to respond to customers; you are responsible for the conduct of your agents.
6. Subscription and Billing
- •Chatsvia operates on a subscription-based system with limits on connected accounts and daily conversations.
- •All billing and payments are managed through iiniit's central billing system.
- •Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

7. Acceptable Use
- •You may not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

- •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
- •You may stop using the service at any time. To cancel a paid subscription, do so before the renewal date.
- •We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or legal requirements.
- •Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data.
- •Connected social accounts will be disconnected upon account termination.
